Shipping and Tracking

These terms and conditions are only applicable to those customers who have made online purchases from Ocean Paradise and do not extend to customers who have purchased from any Ocean Paradise retail store.



Shipping within Singapore

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE within Singapore for orders over S$ 100.

Orders under S$ 100 incur a S$5 delivery fee.


Shipping Timeframes

If any goods purchased on www.oceanparadise.com.sg is out of stock, we will inform you via email within 1 business day.

Orders are packed and shipped 3 times a week. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order. The parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days within Singapore after the goods are shipped.

Please note that no orders are processed or delivered on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.


Self Pickup

Customers can choose to do a self pick up at our stores below. There will be no shipping charges incurred for this option.

Tracking

A tracking code for your shipment will be provided via email once the item is dispatched from the warehouse. You can track your order status with the tracking code through www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/.


Shipping outside Singapore

Shipping Charges

Shipping to countries outside Singapore is charged at a flat rate of S$20.


International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees

All duties, taxes and customs fees are determined by the country of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local custom office.
